Real estate records do not reference any street addresses. Locate your lot number from the Lot # column indicated in the chart above and click on the corresponding link below.

The Lot number is listed in the last column titled Description of the tract book pages. To view an explanation of the entries in the Instrument column, go to the Homes page and scroll down nearly to the bottom of that page.

Census Records

Clicking the links below to the census records will take you to the Family Search site (familysearch.org). A login is required, so you will need to set up a login account. There is no cost and no requirement to enter a credit card number. Once logged in you will have full access to all census data and can download any page.

See the Census section in the chart above to identify the Enumeration District number for your address. The numbers in the census columns for your address specify the page in the census. You can go directly to that Image by typing the number in the white box. . If the column for your address is blank, that means your address is not found on that census.

Click HERE to view the permit ledger page for the permit that was pulled 9/13/1909 for seven houses on one permit. You will note that the owner/builder was A.K. Sorensen – line 13 in the ledger.
